Africa Learning Solutions helps organisations identify the skills they need, understand where the gaps are, build a practical learning strategy, unlock relevant funding, and implement learning solutions that actually improve performance.

Africa Learning Solutions is led by a team with years of cross-business consulting expertise spanning training, facilitation, learning design, project leadership and client management. We don't claim to be experts in every corner of South African skills legislation, and we don't need to be. What we bring is a strategist's view of how learning, funding and delivery fit together, plus the judgement to bring in the right accredited specialist where the work calls for it.
The name reflects the intent behind the work: People, Skills, Better Tomorrows. We'd rather build your organisation's long-term capability than sell you a one-off course.
